Healthy habits

Following a healthy routine is really important, we can adopt a lot of  actions to be healthier, we can eat fruits and vegetables, exercise and rest and sleep. Do you have a healthy routine? What do you do to keep healthy?, What would you change?

  4. Yes, I have a healthy life, I go out to jog, walk, ride a bike, dance and also practical basketball, also my diet is healthy, lots of vegetables and fruit consumption. What I have to drink more water cambier is because much drink consumption.

    also my diet is healthy many vegetables and fruit consumption,and too much water consumption.change my habit of not sleeping much

  10. My healthy habits are exercising every day as bicycling, walk or run; also have a healthy diet, eating vegetables and fruit; and sleep eight hours; and with these three things can have healthy body.

  16. I do not i have a healthy routine,but sometimes dance like an hour and army me,begin to eat more fruits and vegetables and i would make a healthy routine.

  20. No, I have a healthy routine, because when I get hungry or anything, I just drink water, only breakfast and lunch, and afternoon exercise, sleep well, but I have to modify the "diet". I sleep well, eight hours, just change the diet, and I will have a healthy diet.

  21. I have a very good routine. I do sports all the days, mostly soccer. I have a very good nutrition, always eat fruits and vegetables, such as lettuce and orange. I would not change my daily routine of sports, because I find it's best for me.

  24. No, I do not have a healthy routine and you really do not do any exercise to stay healthy I try to eat as little junk food replacing it with fruit and vegetables. What I would do to change it would be to exercise every day.
