For my taste the book the elephant man was good since it counts a history of the real life and speaks mainly what undergoes a man to be able to try to be accepted in the society, this book I teach myself not to discriminate against the people by its physical aspect and ke all person by different that has something special for my is a very good book.
It is an interesting book in which one sees reflected the feelings of the protagonist and the people who surrounds it. It is a book in which there is a game of emotions, topics and descriminación towards the protagonist. I believe that the moustro was not he(it), but the moustro was in the heart of every person who was rejecting it...
My opinion of the story is that it is very interesting, because I can understand to a person who suffers for the jeers and laughs of other people. Nowadays, I think people can not accept other people that is different.

Well l find very interesting book in the first chapter when I wanted sormen merrick like normal people and the doctor Treves knew him said it will help in any way possible, also took the opportunity to meet the queen. and until that chapter forward dreamed of sleeping like normal people and Treves taught him that would have to be sociable despite his appearance.
My opinion on the story of Joseph Merrick is that it is very tragic and sad because He suffered and discriminate it, did not accept that had the malformation. I think it was very interesting to read the book because it had real life she went through a man who had very little luck in life because nobody wanted to help until the dr. Treves offered him a home.
Elephant Man's history is very tragic because he had to go through many things that did suffer even had to sell. But thanks to DR. Frederick Treves he was able to live better and fulfill his dream which led him to death.
